Catalog description

This course provides hands-on legal experience in entrepreneurship, business law, blockchain, cryptocurrency, AI, and other topics. Students counsel real clients on business formation and transactional issues. They survey the legal frameworks important to Wyoming’s economy, including through guest lectures and community engagement.
