Max Credit: (Max. 3) Deals with labor law in the private sector. Surveys the establishment of a collective bargaining relationship between employers and unions, the subsequent negotiation of a collective bargaining agreement resulting from that relationship, the administration of that agreement through its grievance-arbitration provisions, and the economic weapons used by parties to various kinds of labor conflicts.
