Max Credit: (Max. 3) Examines federal and tribal law, (chiefly statutes, regulations, cases and treaties), governing environmental regulation and management of tribal land water minerals, fish and wildlife, and cultural resources. Explores the federal trust doctrine, aboriginal title, reserved rights, allotment, and the tribes-as-states-doctrine.
