Max Credit: (Max. 3) Practical approach to topics such as the standards for admission of immigrants; nonimmigrant visas for students, workers and tourists: regulation and exclusion of undocumented aliens; legal procedures for admission, exclusion and deportation; refugee law; and citizenship law. Additionally, legislative history and policy behind applicable legislation and case law is discussed.
