Max Credit: (Max. 3) Includes the civil litigation process from the filing of a complaint and decisions related to the complaint, to discovery including written discovery and depositions, to pre-trial motions such as motions to change venue, to exclude evidence, and for summary judgment, to preparation for pre-trial conferences and trial. Sample cases provide the basis for the drafting of various discovery documents and motions. There will be no exam.
