Max Credit: (Max. 3) Focus is primarily on a problem involving several persons who are organizing a business entity. Consideration will be given to the characteristics of several kinds of business organizations and to making a judgment as to which organization should be used to house the business being set up. Considers tax and non-tax aspects with respect to business organizations.
