Max Credit: (Max. 2) This course builds on the first semester Legal Writing course by introducing students to: (1) more sophisticated aspects of legal reasoning, analysis and legal research; (2) the basics of persuasive legal writing; (3) the basics of appellate procedure and an appellate brief; and (4) the basics of oral advocacy.
