Max Credit: (Max. 4) Covers two general areas. The first area is the rights that define property ownership, in relation to neighbors, the world, and others with interests in the property. Subjects include rights to use the land and its products, estates, concurrent ownership, and landlord-tenant law. The second area is private limitations on those rights, in the form of covenants and easements.
