Catalog description

Prepares educators/practitioners to teach about alcohol/substance abuse and suicide prevention in the classroom/clinical setting, and to recognize potential crises in students and/or clients. Introduces issues of personal and societal attitudes towards alcohol/substance use and addiction. Discusses data, warning signs, and risk factors of suicide.
