Mineral Exploration and Deposit Analysis

Catalog description

The objective of this course is to develop an understanding of how mining companies find new mineral deposits. The course begins with basic lectures on how the mining industry works, but the majority of the course will consist of extremely hands-on activities that simulate a real-world exploration program.
