Catalog description
Rights inherent to ownership of property and public limitations on those rights. The course addresses encumbrances against fee estates: leasehold interests, easements and covenants. Students examine the creation/scope of easements and covenants, the regulation of property interests through nuisance and zoning law and the fundamentals of the landlord-tenant relationship.
