This course provides an overview of fundamental property skills in real-estate ownership, pre-law, etc. Property I addresses the nature of property ownership and the rights associated with property as well as the acquisition and transfer of ownership rights in property and the sharing of ownership rights over time, including estates, future interest, and concurrent estates.
