Explores conceptual, theoretical, and experiential ways of understanding place. Engages with cultural and ecological landscapes via texts from expansive fields of study and guided, experiential practices asking students to employ humanist, artistic, naturalist, and social scientific methods to observe, document, and reflect on how we learn from, build relationships within, and co-create places.
