ENGL 5011 focuses on theoretical and practical issues in technical communication, giving doctoral students a basis to develop technical communication exploring real-world contexts. Students will encounter theories, trends, and issues in the profession; explore the history of technical communication; and learn about research issues they might encounter in their studies.
