Catalog description

This course explores the short and long run effects of natural-resource wealth across countries and across the United States - including states like Wyoming. Optimal resource-management policies including regulation, tax policy, and sovereign wealth funds will be discussed. Course material will rely heavily on both theoretical and empirical methods.
