Catalog description

Max Credit: 3 The course introduces students to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) strategies including location and transportation, sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy & atmosphere, materials & resources, indoor air quality, innovation and the integrative process. The course also includes a comparison of popular sustainable building certification systems and implementation approaches. Prerequisite: ARE 2410 (C grade or better). Gateway for Civil and Architectural Engineering students.
