Covers history of the Musical Theatre beginning with the Golden Age of the Musical in the mid-Twentieth century through the birth of the Rock Musical to the present state of the art form. Reading, viewing and discussing significant examples from major periods while studying historical, artistic and socials contexts for these works. Integrated Writing course.
