Introduction to automated systems. Topics include robot safety, controllers, programming, branching, modes of operation, jogging, frames, teach pendants, registers, I/O, macros, fault recovery, backup and restoration of programs, and tooling. Preparation for Robotics in Manufacturing Fundamentals (RMF) credential. Includes an in-person laboratory component.
