Catalog description

Fundamentals of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies, with an emphasis on root-cause analysis techniques. Topics include waste reduction, continuous improvement, quality management, problem-solving tools (5 Whys, fishbone diagrams, and Pareto analysis), DMAIC process, statistical tools, and data-driven decision making. Includes application of lean and Six Sigma concepts to identify, analyze, and eliminate root causes of process inefficiencies and quality issues.
