Catalog description

Teaches advanced generalist social work direct practice skills with individuals, families, and small groups. Skills applied during following stages of social work intervention: Engagement, Assessment, Intervention, and Evaluation. Content includes accurate application of DSM and other clinical assessment tools, and application of social work clinical treatment models. Prerequisite(s): Graduate level SW 6150 Minimum Grade of C and Graduate level SW 6170 Minimum Grade of C and Graduate level SW 6210 Minimum Grade of C
