Career Planning in Pharmacology and Toxicology

Success in one’s academic and professional career can be enhanced by taking an active and intentional role in planning future steps and goals. Students in this course will be exposed to the many different career paths that are available in the field of Pharmacology and Toxicology and will work to discover the roles and activities that they find most suitable and rewarding. Students will learn how to best identify and obtain job positions appropriate for their skill sets in their field of interest. Students will develop their own individual development plan (IDP) to maximize their potential for career enhancement and satisfaction.
