Catalog description

Leadership is not intuitive; neither the number of degrees, nor length of time on a job are enough to give you the tools to make you a good leader. Fortunately, there is excellent literature available that can offer up the needed advice. Students will apply what they have learned in the classroom through games and role playing. By studying the course texts and having firsthand experience through classroom activities and discussions, this course will help students cultivate their leadership skills using the advice and theories learned.
