Awareness about our changing climate and climate adaptation. Students will learn about changing climate such as extreme weather events, hurricanes, floods, fires, increasing temperature and climate’s direct impact on human health including heat-related disorders, infectious diseases, respiratory and allergic disorders, malnutrition, and mental health problems.
