Identify important ERP concepts, advantages and disadvantages and success and failures of ERP implementations; use a commercial ERP package; understand Analytics technology and its role in the enterprise; assess the potential of the Auto-ID technology in the supply chain automation process. This course has a fee that is nonrefundable once the term begins.
