Catalog description
Students are assigned the duties and responsibilities of an Army staff officer and must apply the fundamentals of principles of training, training management, Army writing style and military decision making to weekly training meetings. Students plan, execute and assess ROTC training, weekly two-hour labs and recruiting events. Students are expected to train, mentor, and evaluate underclass ROTC students while being mentored and evaluated by ROTC cadre. Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level MIL 3020 Minimum Grade of C Corequisite(s): MIL4011 Course Level: Undergraduate Schedule Type(s): Lecture Grade Mode: Standard
