Catalog description

Focuses on project planning and control, with emphasis on practical application. Overview of the theoretical and practical mechanisms through which project planning, evaluation, and control occur. Additionally, a course project allows students to practice concepts and techniques presented in the course, taking a service project from the planning phase through scheduling, budgeting, execution and project termination. Prerequisite(s): Graduate level MGT 7710 Minimum Grade of C
