Catalog description

Presents basic ideas, philosophies, theories and techniques of organizational development and change. Students will increase in their awareness and understanding of the complex problems an organization faces as it strives to compete in today’s and tomorrow’s world. They will be given opportunities to develop and practice skills needed to develop groups and organizations. Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level MGT 3100 Minimum Grade of D and BUS Tier II Complete 11 (the following must be completed: ACC 2010, 2020; EC 2040, 2050; EC 1050 or MTH 2280; ENG 1100, 2100; FIN 2210; MKT 2500; MS 2040, 2050)
