Overview of human resource (HR) functions and policies, including the environment of HR (including legal), recruiting and selection of employees, training and development, compensation and benefits, labor and employee relations. Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level MGT 3100 Minimum Grade of D and BUS Tier II Complete 7 (the following must be completed: ACC 2010; EC 2040, 2050; EC 1050 or MTH 2280; ENG 1100; MKT 2500; MS 2040)
