Catalog description

Course emphasizes key elements of marketing and their importance to organizations including both processes and outcomes. Students will demonstrate an understanding of: the strategic role of marketing organizations, including the key role of a marketing plan in the firm, key strategic issues such as market segmentation, product and brand equity pricing, service satisfaction, and customer-centric focus. Students must complete 3 of the 5 MBA 5000-level foundation courses, or equivalent courses or waivers, to enroll in MBA 7600. Prerequisite(s): MBA Foundation Complete 060 (3 of the 5 foundation classes must be completed: MBA 5100, 5200, 5300, 5400, 5800)
