Catalog description

Applies economic theory and methods to business and administrative decision making. Prescribes rules for improving managerial decisions. Tells managers how things should be done to achieve organizational objectives efficiently. Also helps managers recognize how macroeconomic forces affect organizations, and describes the economic consequences of managerial behavior. Special attention is paid to the operation of the firm in a global economy. Prerequisite(s): MBA Foundation Complete 100 (the following classes must be completed: MBA 5100; MBA 5200; MBA 5300; MBA 5400; MBA 5800)
