Participants will learn the basic concepts and elements of an instructional design model. The course teaches the “backward design” approach and “alignment” to ensure that courses design focus on the “big ideas.” Prerequisite(s): Graduate level IDL 7110 Minimum Grade of C (IDL 7110 can be taken concurrently) or Graduate level EDT 8110 Minimum Grade of C
