Catalog description

ES 2700 introduces students to environmental problems and solutions, focusing on environmental chemistry and pollution, and environmental biology and conservation. Students explore the causes of environmental degradation of natural processes and habitats. They learn about the role of governments, environmental organizations, technological advances, and behavioral changes in mitigating environmental degradation.
