Catalog description

Students learn to implement hardware security/trust detection methods using the techniques learned in class and implement countermeasures to improve trust for hardware IC systems through both ASIC and FPGA. Topics include the introduction of Xilinx Vivado and Cadence, and hardware Trojans insertion, hardware Trojans detection in various techniques. Corequisite(s): EE6550
