Analysis of cellular proteins will be the major focus. Students will have first-hand experience manipulating human cells in culture, extracting cellular proteins, transfecting cells, and performing immunoblotting and immunofluorescence techniques. Prerequisite(s): Graduate level BMS 7780 Minimum Grade of C or Graduate level BIO 6460 Minimum Grade of C
