Catalog description

Oceanic ecosystem dynamics and the biological communities associated with different marine habitats. Emphasizes structural and physiological adaptations of organisms to their environment and interactions among different species (competition, predation, and mutualisms). Current threats to marine habitats. Includes a 1 week field trip to the North Carolina coast. Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level BIO 2310 Minimum Grade of C Course Level: Undergraduate Schedule Type(s): Lecture Grade Mode: Standard Total number of hours course may be taken for credit: 10 An additional fee is associated with this course.
