Catalog description

This course will examine the structural and functional properties of the neuromuscular system. After covering basic material in lectures, students will read and give presentations on peer-reviewed original research articles (primary literature). An emphasis will be placed on molecular mechanisms and critically evaluating primary literature. Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level BIO 1120 Minimum Grade of C and Undergraduate level PHY 1120 Minimum Grade of C
