Catalog description
Eukaryotic cell culture and basic techniques used to culture eukaryotic cells. Basic cell culture laboratory setup and equipment, propagation and maintenance of cell culture lines, the introduction of new genes into cell lines, and cellular staining. Students will work both in groups and independently. Prerequisite(s): Undergraduate level BIO 2110 Minimum Grade of C and Undergraduate level BIO 2120 Minimum Grade of C and Undergraduate level BIO 2140 Minimum Grade of C and Undergraduate level BIO 3140 Minimum Grade of C Corequisite(s): BIO3250L Course Level: Undergraduate Schedule Type(s): Lecture Course Attribute(s): Instructor Approval Required Grade Mode: Standard
