Catalog description

Eukaryotic cell culture and basic techniques used to culture eukaryotic cells. Basic cell culture laboratory setup and equipment, propagation and maintenance of cell culture lines, the introduction of new genes into cell lines, and cellular staining. Students will work both in groups and independently.
