Catalog description

This course will emphasize the development of listening skills, public speaking skills, interviewing skills, and training skills. The course explores communication skills including training and development as a research and training focus for students to apply toward their chosen field. Students will learn how to identify and assess communication competence and how to develop training programs and presentations to enhance communication competency.
