Cat. I (0 units w/grade) Introduction to issues and competencies that are central to a commissioned officer’s responsibilities. Establishes a framework for understanding officership, leadership, and Army values. Additionally, the semester addresses “life skills” including fitness and time management. Participation in weekly training leadership laboratories; off campus training sessions (field training exercises) and other special events is required.
