BB 3813 Animal Cell Culture Techniques Laboratory (Cat. I; 1/6 unit) Basic laboratory skills in mammalian cell culture including cell counting, freezing and thawing cell lines, and culture of suspension and attached cells. Recommended background: knowledge of aseptic technique (BB 1801 or 2815 or equivalent) and cell biology (BB 2550 or equivalent). Students may not receive credit for this course and BB 3513.
