This course covers exercise science content for health, physical education, and Adapted PE teacher candidates. This includes aspects of the following areas: structure and function, exercise physiology, kinesiology and biomechanics. The course emphasis is on learning and integrating key exercise science concepts into physical education lessons in developmentally appropriate ways. PREREQ: BIOLOGY 120
