Catalog description

This course is designed to enrich MATH 142 . It is dedicated to supporting students by identifying and addressing skills that require review and creating a structure that will support student success and improve math study skills. In addition to pursuing algebraic skills essential for success in MATH 142 and subsequent college-level mathematics courses, students will engage in activities to improve motivation, mindfulness, and mindset. PREREQ: (C OR BETTER IN ( MATH 41 OR MAT 91 OR MAT 97 OR UWX MA091 )) OR (PLACEMENT INTO MATH 124 AND MATH 142 TOGETHER)
