This course examines labor and employee relations in organizations. Topics include the history and legal foundations of labor relations, union organizing, collective bargaining, contract administration, negotiation and administration of agreements, and dispute resolution. PREREQ: ( MANGEMNT 220 OR POLISCI 421 ) AND MINIMUM JUNIOR STANDING AND ((COBE MAJOR: 2.50 CUMULATIVE GPA) OR (NON-COBE MAJOR/MINOR/COBE MINOR: 2.25 CUMULATIVE GPA))
