The core of this course is best practices in attracting and hiring applicants, and retaining employees. This course covers: legal issues in employment, designing a strong employment process, successfully embedding new employees into an organization, and managing talent based on an organization’s needs. PREREQ: ( MANGEMNT 220 OR POLISCI 421 ) AND ((COBE MAJOR: 2.50 CUMULATIVE GPA) OR (NON-COBE MAJOR/MINOR/COBE MINOR: 60 CREDITS AND 2.00 CUMULATIVE GPA))
