AFROTC LEADERSHIP LAB Repeatable

Catalog description

Provides a structured environment within which commissioning candidates can demonstrate and fine tune leadership, management and professional officership skills. Cadets examine their own leadership/followership strengths and weaknesses through practical application. IAW AFROTCI 36-2011, para 10.5, ¿LLAB is any PMT that is designed to accomplish required LLAB objectives¿. Those objectives are outlined in AFROTCI 36-2011 Volume 1. Each cadet should be familiar with the intent and content of every LLAB objective as well as the overall process for learning and demonstrating the required level of knowledge and proficiency for each objective commensurate with their AS level.
