This course provides a practice-based experience in applied project management. Students will engage in scenario-based exercises, simulations, and tool-driven applications that mirror challenges faced by project managers across industries. Building on prior knowledge, the course emphasizes adaptive (agile and hybrid) methods while incorporating predictive practices where appropriate. Students will develop familiarity with project management software and explore how emerging technologies, including AI, are reshaping the field.
