Catalog description

This graduate course prepares future leaders to manage technology-driven innovation as a core element of organizational strategy. Students will learn to anticipate technological shifts, assess the opportunities and risks associated with emerging technologies, specifically Artificial Intelligence (AI), and integrate ethical considerations into their strategic decision-making. Through simulations, experiential learning, case analysis, and applied projects, the course emphasizes the development of critical thinking, managerial judgment, and leadership skills. Students will be equipped to design and implement technology-enhanced business models and innovation strategies that are both competitive and responsible in rapidly evolving markets. PREREQ: MUST BE ADMITTED TO A COBE GRADUATE DEGREE OR CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
