Catalog description

This course covers material appropriate for individuals who may be expected to manage IT people and resources. Topics include business continuity planning, developing service level agreements, change management / revision control, capacity planning, impact analysis, testing, communication with vendors, customers and other constituents, and managing IT professionals. PREREQ: SENIOR STANDING AND ITSCM 221 AND ITSCM 314 AND ITSCM 320 AND ITSCM 385 AND ((COBE MAJOR: 2.50 CUMULATIVE GPA) OR (NON-COBE MAJOR/MINOR/COBE MINOR: 60 CREDITS AND 2.00 CUMULATIVE GPA))
