Security analytics are imperative to provide traceable and accurate data that IT and security professionals can analyze and present to management for making informed decisions related to the organization's cyber risk. This course introduces security analytics as a platform that is built on data infrastructure to converge user identity, security information and event management, network data flow, and diverse applications. PREREQ: ITSCM 180 AND ITSCM 221 AND ITSCM 230 AND ITSCM 314 AND ECON 245 AND ((COBE MAJOR: 2.50 CUMULATIVE GPA) OR (NON-COBE MAJOR/MINOR/COBE MINOR: 60 CREDITS AND 2.00 CUMULATIVE GPA))
