Catalog description

A business analyst serves as a liaison between business divisions. The role of a business analyst is to identify business challenges, investigate situations, assess stakeholders, examine strategies, consider potential solutions, analyze needs, evaluate options, translate business goals into information system requirements, and assist with change management. This course provides students with the knowledge and techniques to perform these tasks. PREREQ: MINIMUM JUNIOR STANDING AND ((COBE MAJOR: 2.50 CUMULATIVE GPA) OR (NON-COBE MAJOR/MINOR/COBE MINOR: 60 CREDITS AND 2.00 CUMULATIVE GPA))
